RETURN POLICY

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition only, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted.

Please note:

Returns must be sent by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (return label).
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If you return your item without our approval, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from the unapproved return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@parkerpawnllc.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

To process your request, please provide:

Your order/invoice ID
Photos of the item received (for damaged or incorrect items)

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Items that are used, worn, damaged (not due to our error), or not in original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not charge any restocking fees.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We are not responsible for lost returns—please use a trackable shipping method.
